define [New Animal]:  A creative person who has the ability to invent and develop original ideas, especially in the arts. A person who is creative, imaginative, gifted, artistic and inventive.

WE ARE THREE CREATIVES LIVING IN MANCHESTER. OUR GOAL IS TO SHOWCASE THE INCREDIBLE TALENT FROM THE PEOPLE INTO MAINSTREAM PARTY EVENTS IN A WAY YOU'VE NEVER EXPERIENCED BEFORE.

OUR PHILOSOPHY IS TO PLATFORM ARTISTS AND CREATIVES WHO HAVEN'T YET HAD THE EXPOSURE THEY DESERVE. 

WE'RE WORKING CLASS PEOPLE WHO LOVE ALL THINGS CREATIVE AND IN THIS CURRENT CLIMATE, MANY OF OUR CULTURAL SPACES ARE UNDER THREAT.

WE'RE ATTEMPTING TO FIGHT BACK AND MAKE SURE MANCHESTER CAN ENJOY ART FOR A REASONABLE PRICE IN THE SITES THAT ARE IMPORTANT TO THE CITY. 

HISTORY OF THE NEW ANIMALS

There were 3 things that made us start the New Animals

1 - A dream that there could be an event that could bring together all art forms, genders, races and communities

2 - Anger at our cities quickly vanishing creative personality due to outside influences coming in taking art and creative events and spaces away from working class people

3 - Hope that if we started our event and used all our energy we may just be able to save Manchester's creative scene and start a movement which would change the lives of not just us but other creatives and forgotten about artists in the city.
